Amazing and Instant Emergency Communication & Maintenance!! I have had to use the Desert Wide Emergency line three times during my stay in one of their homes and every time they have answered me immediately, no matter the time of day or week, with a very positive and friendly attitude! I was extremely impressed. Every time they were able to address my concerns, or problems, quickly and efficiently and all while keeping me in the loop with their hired maintenance company. Two of the times I called it was nothing too urgent, but was after hours or on a weekend, however, the third and most recent time I called was very urgent and am proud to share that it was taken care of quickly and stress free!:

On a Saturday afternoon (5/14/22) I realized that my Air Conditioner was not blowing any cold air out of the vents even though I could hear it turn on and run like normal. Timing was horrible, as it was during our first heat wave this year and the first day this year to break 100′ degrees (102′) outside. I realized it was going to be an emergency shortly after I had turned on all my ceiling, and a couple big box fans, and the temperature went from 79′ to 80′, even though my Air Conditioner was on and set to 75′ all day! I ended up calling the Emergency Maintenance line just after 4pm and was immediately answered by Laurie after the first ring!, She immediately paused her Saturday afternoon with her family and gave me her full and undivided attention. She was extremely professional, yet very friendly and positive at the same time. As soon as Laurie heard me say that my A/C wasn’t working she said that she would make a call right away and have someone there tomorrow. Sure enough, 15 minutes after I first called her, Laurie called me back letting me know that someone would be out to fix my A/C at 9am the next morning!! The next morning the gentlemen that came to fix my A/C found a giant block of Ice blocking the fan from blowing the Air throughout the vents. Apparently, the top of the line air filter for my allergies that I had purchased ended up working too well and got clogged up by all the dust, preventing air flow into the A/C… so the air wasn’t flowing fast enough to prevent ice from forming on the A/C. The friendly Maintenance guy removed the filter and turned the heater on to melt the ice. Within 30 minutes of being there he was able to remove all the ice safely from inside the A/C and get cold air flowing from all my vents! He waited for the temperature inside the house to drop a couple degrees before he called it good, and was out of there by 10am!

I was so impressed and grateful with how smooth and fast everything was taken care of! What a great staff! Thank you again Desert Wide!!

We have used Desert Wide for over fifteen years as property managers for our rentals. They communicate well and often with the owner on issues concerning our rentals.

Polly oversees our property and is doing an amazing job. She has been very helpful with our move in as well as keeping us in the loop with work that needs to be done around the house. We greatly appreciate knowing that she is working hard to make renting a house a pleasurable experience.

I am always please with this property management company. They always are quick to respond with any maintenance issues. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Staff is great at assisting. This was my first rental through an agency and not directly from a homeowner or complex. It was definitely different and I appreciated the patience from staff. They worked really hard to help with all of our maintenance needs during our rental agreement.

Hi Mark, I have been with Desert Wide Properties since 1985 and have had many different managers. Would like to take this great opportunity to give lots of thanks for the fantastic job that DWP has done on my unit in Pointe at South Mountain.DWP has gone beyond my expectations of management of my unit. We have had so many problems before and after the former tenants. DWP is always available to answer my questions and very responsive to my concerns; from new appliances, new HVAC and flooring and horrible infestations of cockroaches plus problems with the trash from the HOA. And on Friday a note to trim my palm tree which they found out that it is not on my property and notified the HOA.

Handyman showed up today as promised to take care of some of the needed repairs found after move in. Thank you for sending Jessie. He was thorough, professional and does quality work. He is a real asset to Desert Wide properties. Thank you all for your efforts in getting these repairs completed.

I wanted to take a second to reach out and commend Don for some great work. I worked with him for the first time this week and he did a tremendous job. We had an issue with our AC and he was prompt with the follow-up but he also did a great job of explaining the options, identifying how we might fix the problem in the most efficient way and even highlighted how we could use your vendor and get a quicker outcome without hurting our warranty on the new AC unit. I have worked with Desert Wide for a long time and he stands out in his ability to communicate and problem solve in a way that made it easy as an owner.I wanted to make sure that he was recognized for his good work and I hope to be able to work with him again in the future.

You guys are the best. I’ll have a little return favor for Desertwide as well. Some positive Yelp review action does companies good.Please give my thanks to everyone that assisted us with this rental yourself included, we very much appreciated everything and if the need arises in the future, will seek you out without hesitation.

Hello! Thank you for that contact information. I just want to give a big thank you to you guys for being so timely and prompt with the couple of issues we have encountered. Each time we called we have been treated so nicely and had our concerns taken care of by desert wide. When we had the scorpions in the beginning of our move in you guys had someone come and spray right away which put our family at ease. Recently our AC went out and a really polite and lovely young gentleman came and fixed it within a couple hours. Our family appreciates all the care and thank you for this!

Hello Araceli, I just want to say Thank you for responding to my maintenance request n let u know everything is working out awesome. Reno connecting the loose wires in the fuse box fixed the lighting problem. The entire list was fixed.
